MaryHardingJewelry Bead Blog: New work this week.

I have been active this 7 days producing new get the job done and loving functioning with stoneware and porcelain.  For the first time at any time, I attempted out some  underglazes on the toggle clasps witnessed right here.  I was so pleasantly stunned how they turned out.  They bought very promptly but a lot more are in the is effective and will be ready in about a week or so.

These two stoneware heart charms  were also designed using some underglaze

This set of connector and feather is designed from porcelain ceramic clay.  I appreciate the creamy translucence of this clay physique.( no underglaze on these.)

An up shut image of the connector bead in this set.  It is like on the lookout by way of a glass base boat–one of my peak recollections of childhood in California.  There seem to be to be some of these recollections that I am generally trying to find to reproduce in my jewellery components.

Set is also created from porcelain clay.   I like this shade combo. These sets are not nevertheless completely ready for parting from me.  But I will endeavor to make additional soon.

A porcelain leaf that is handbuilt by me.  Also bought quick but extra coming after  next week.

Another porcelain leaf in steamy fall shades.  Still out there in my Etsy shop.

Stoneware Toggle Clasp in Inexperienced and Rose in my Etsy Shop as of right now.

Stoneware multi colour toggle clasp.  Love the way the shades floated and blended jointly.  Sold

One more stoneware multicolor toggle clasp   just detailed this morning in my Etsy Store.

1850’s Barnwood in Stoneware.  Stained. A really woody texture.  In my Etsy shop now.
